Fine Art Portrait & Documentary Video Installation
LAYERS juxtaposes nude and clothed portraits of its subjects with quotes from a documentary interview process about the subject’s relationship with their body image. The shoots are held in the subject’s homes, as an exploration of the differences between our public and private experiences and presentations of our bodies. The accompanying interviews are filmed directly following the shoots, and will be compiled into a video installation to present alongside the final portraits.
The series is open to subjects of all ages, genders, ethnicities, and body types.
