GRWM (2022 - Work In Progress)
Narrative Short Film
GRWM is a narrative short film exploring the ways we curate and fabricate our lives online, and questioning the constant work we put into appearing effortless. The film, which runs at approx. 3 minutes, follows its protagonist through a long exhausting morning out in the world that all takes place before she films a “Get Ready With Me” video of her supposedly easy morning routine for social media.
The film was devised as an impromptu collaboration between Joseph and the lead actress, Rachel Caplan. It also features Han Van Sciver in a supporting role.
GRWM is currently in post-production.
